Spring is almost upon us! We hope the winter in your part of the world was not too intense. Here at AlmostEurope, we continue to revamp the website as we focus on our three main products:
Wood carvings (southern Tyrol), Pewter ornaments & jewelry (Bavaria),
Crystal (Austria).
Even if you are just reminiscing
on past travels, or you are the consummate 'arm-chair' traveler, please feel free to look at our product offerings.
And remember on your next trip...don't worry about packing fragile
remembrances, or trying to post packages from the nearest town. We
probably have your interests right here (or we can find them for you!).
We have also a small catalog showroom here in St. Louis, Missouri. If you are in
the area, please feel free to call for an appointment to see our
products before you buy.

Our QUALITY
commitment: Take 14 days with your purchase. If you are
not satisfied, please return it without question (DOLD Black Forest
Clocks are the exception -
click here for more details). We simply ask that return it in the same condition,
and that you use one of our shippers. |

Postal Priority, FedEx
Ground. If there is a defect, we pay for the return. If
you want to exchange it - or you just have changed your mind - we would
ask that you pay for the return and insure for the amount of the
product. Upon receipt, we will credit you the amount of the
purchase PLUS the amount of the insurance as a thank you for your
attention. |

Our PRICE
commitment: The price you see is the price you pay...it is as
simple as that! We do require a $30 minimum order to keep
our shipping costs as low as possible. But we match any internet
price from any US-based website. Just send us the price quote. |

Our PAYMENT
commitment: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER (also,
AMEX under special circumstances, please
e-mail us). We also take checks and money orders and will give
you 2% back on your purchase if use this form of payment (that's $10 on
a $500 order!). Many of our returning customers use this form of
payment - and remember, we do not cash your check (or charge your card)
until we have inspected the products and shipped to you. |

Our SHIPPING
commitment: We pay shipping and handling charges in the lower 48 States
(please inquire about shipping to AK, HI, and Canada). We also pay taxes
where applicable. We do ship FedEx Ground or US Post (1st class
and Priority) and insure all products
for safe delivery. However, if you do want another shipper or
insurance above $500, we do charge for those services.
Interested in a
quick 1 or 2-day EXPRESS delivery (for you last-minute shoppers!)?
We take 25% off FedEx and US Postal Express shipments. But
we will never ship until you know the exact cost! |

Our SECURITY commitment:
When you want to place an order, you are directed to an SSL secure
server. Once we receive your order, all of your information is
deleted from this server. We keep your name and contact
information on a local password-protected computer. We do not keep
any credit card or other financial information after the order is
shipped. And
we never EVER share customer information or sell e-mail
addresses.....and we never will! |
